New year, New gear! 

Check out this natural, unfiltered Grauburgunder from the queen of Ingelheim Burgunder Simone Adams. With a continued passion for hands-on biodynamic work in the vineyards and then a more minimal intervention approach in the keller...this Wild Grauburgunder is the first and we hope not the last of a more natural cracking wine.  

With nice bight pinkish orange hues in the glass this wine has juicy floral and wild stone fruits notes. A wine that surprises and delights when you really need a wine.
