This cracking Pet Nat from the Herz+Hand line of Nico Espenshied is made from Scheurebe. Its juicy and dry with ripe, tropical aromas and loads of fresh fizz. A great aperitif!  

 We only got this in limited quantities as only a small amount are ready after needing  a longer fermentation time.
