Natural Riesling or Rieslings in general don't get much better than this! This is an absolute CRACKER. Cracking wines take time and this is a prime examples of this. 

Biodynamic grapes managed by hand come from the best steep Grand Cru Staffelter Hof vineyard and are then fermented on skins in a traditional Mosel barrel. Thanks to a long time on the lees, this wine comes to life over 1.5 years.  The end result is an incredibly smooth, round Riesling, with a long, slightly dreamy creamy finish. The softer acidity still gives you a tangy, fresh Riesling party in your mouth. The wine is bottled unsulphurized and unfiltered.
