WHY CRACK THIS

Müller Thurgau's sometimes get a bad rep for being boring, flat and cheap. Well this cracker is definitely not the case.  The MT5 comes from old vines that produce concentrated aromatic grapes on steep Mosel slopes. The grapes were then Carbonic Macerated for 5 days and the juice was barrel aged for 10 months. The result is a zesty, lemon fresh, silky smooth wine with some light herbal notes. Its bright and light and would crack well with some fish and chips or just your mate!

Wine Region & Site: Mosel Slate

Grape: Müller-Thurgau grown Organically from 46 year old vines

Year: 2020
