Weiss is Weiss. Just as bright and light as the last vintage. The varieties remain the
same: Scheurebe, Bacchus and Müller-Thurgau make a wonderful aromatic andenergetic match. The early harvest results in a playful acidity, low alcohol and a beautiful clear pallet. Each variety was processed seperately and the three juices
fermented in big wooden barrels and were fused to become one right before bottling.
