Hops is a DRY hopped Riesling using fine Mosaic hops, which adds refreshing aromas of citrus and passion fruit. On the taste it compliments with a slight herbal bitterness result is a vibrant Riesling with a Sav Blanc vibe from the steep slate slopes of the Mosel.
