Who doesn’t love the idea of ROSÉ ALL DAY when that sun is shining and you got nowhere to go. 

The problem is that most Rosé are made as an after thought and most in a mass production kinda way for you to throttle with loads of Sulphur. 

But this is not the Adams way. First off this juice comes from biodynamic cultivation of 100% SPATY B. (alot of Rosé are made from cuvee of secondary red wine grapes) So Instead of the simple first extraction of juice during red wine production Simone carefully presses her rosé from whole Pinot Noir grapes. Also this wine was made in a more natural way with low sulphur only at bottle.

While sure you will want to throttle this Rosé  its definitely more of a sipper. Its bone dry with  balance of herbal aromas, juicy pomegranite acid, texture from the skins and little salty minerality from the limestone. A Rosé for the terrace but also would be awesome with some BBQ salmon a Panzanella salad or vegetarian pizza.
