The Little Bastard Natural Sauvignon Cuvee is one of the wines we fell in love with and inspired the start of this crazy cracking wines journey into Natural Wines. 

This wine comes from one of the most passionate and nice guy producers on the German / Natural Wine scene. Jan Klein from Staffelter-Hof. For us this wine certified that in Germany natural wines are beyond hype and are the result of a pure winemaking philosophy with an authentic care for the craft. Also because of the cool climate and acidity volatiles are contained and freshness remains.

What makes this wine special is the skilful blend Savignon Blanc with a back bone of Rielsing resulting in a crisp, mouth-watering dry wine with herbal, zesty minerality. Its unfiltered and a little orange.
