This cracker is for the red wine lovers who like their reds as deep in colour as they deep in flavour. With the idea to make a Pfalz " Bordeaux styled" red the Bicking Bicking brothers blended Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Meunier und Saint Laurent. 

As we say "Cracking wines take time"  and this 2014 is now ready for drinking. This wine reminds up of ripe plum, prunes, with a little hint of spice on the end. Still bright and juicy but very smooth. A wine that goes well with netflix and chill or Porchetta.
